Yes. Bookshelf allows you to create notes and highlights that will sync automatically. Once synced, your notes will be available to you on any of your internet-enabled devices.
Yes. In the Bookshelf App, use the Zoom In/Zoom Out controls. In your browser, use the Resize Text button.
