As a technical professional, the need to communicate orally is just as important as the ability to write well. An important element of this course is to address the issue of confidence in order to help candidates overcome any fears they may have of speaking in front of an audience. In this course, students apply practical skills and learn basic techniques for improving their one-on-one and group presentation skills in a comfortable setting, and with content that's easy to learn.
